Silverstones Bar & Bistro Montebello, Algorfa, Royal Ascot Ladies Day ‘Best Dressed Lady’ was judged by Costa Blanca and Costa Calida Leader newspaper racing correspondent Andrew Atkinson.
Josephine McCourt was chosen the winner from a line-up of Royal Ascot fashionable outfits and hats worn by the adoring ladies.
“It was lovely to win. My husband Peter died in April and winning was something that cheered me up. He would have been very proud of me,” said Josephine, from Montebello.
Silverstones owner Lisa Blacker said: “The Ladies Day Royal Ascot afternoon was a huge success and I thank everyone who joined us. It was an amazing day.
“The Ladies were in exquisite outfits, with adorable hats, looking beautiful, that would have lit up Royal Ascot itself.
“Thanks also goes to the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida Leader racing correspondent Andrew Atkinson for judging the Best Dressed Ladies outfit.”
