There was an extraordinary victory for Torrevieja’s Charo at the weekend with her 3-set victory over Rocío Amoros, 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 in the final of the Mutua Madrid Open U-16 tournament held at the Murcia Tennis Club.
Charo now qualifies for the finals that will be played on May 5 at the Caja Mágica de Madrid facilities in parallel with ATP professionals at the Master 1000 Mutua Madrid Open.
