The President of the Government highlights that
Spain has one of the lowest inflation rates in the European Union and highlights that the Executive is redistributing growth with fiscal responsibility, thanks to the country’s good economic performance. Sánchez has also highlighted the Executive’s management to improve coexistence in Catalonia.
During the control session in the Congress of Deputies, the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, highlighted the actions of the Executive in economic matters. “Spain is in better shape than the European Union: we are growing five times more than the euro zone average,” he assured in his response to deputy Alberto Núñez Feijóo, of the PP Parliamentary Group.
“We have one of the lowest inflations, 21 million Social Security affiliates and we have a temporary employment rate of 16%,” continued Sánchez, who anticipates that 2023 will close with a public deficit of 3.7% of the Gross Domestic Product.
The Court of 1st Instance No. 6 of Granollers has deemed that
WhatsApp messages are valid evidence to demand the repayment of a loan and requires payment of costs and a debt of €5,000, for which there was no written contract.
The ruling resolves the case of a verbal loan in which, after failing to obtain payment, the plaintiff went to court with the bank receipts of the transfers made by Bizum and transfer, as well as the conversations held through WhatsApp in which the former friend recognised the debt.
In 2023,
114,538 companies were established in Spain, 8.9% more than in 2022, with 105,214. This is stated in the report entitled Creation of companies in 2023 and business survival between 2007 and 2023, carried out with data from the Notarial Statistical Information Centre (CIEN), which positions 2023 as the year with the highest creation of companies since 2008.
The data indicate that of the 114,538 companies created last year, 83,356 (73% of the total) were created with a founding capital of between 3,000 and 4,000 euro and practically all of them acquired the legal form of Limited Liability Company (SRL). In general terms, this group makes up the niche of microenterprises and SMEs that concentrate the vast majority of the Spanish business fabric.
The rest of the new companies, established with a higher founding capital, reached 31,182 (27% of the total).
