March has already begun and in Torrevieja the month is being recognised as Theatre Month, with two very important dates, the first on March 20, World Children’s Theatre Day and the second on March 27, World Theatre Day.
As part of the celebrations leading up to those key dates, the month begins with “IV Theatre for everyone”, where at least once a month children and adults can enjoy shows loaded with messages and values such as: environmentalism, friendship, respect, love, art, culture and fun.
This coming Sunday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m., at the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Centre, a magnificent circus show, Circo Alas, will be performed. The recommended ages are 5/6 years and older and the price of tickets is €5.
Petite and Susane arrive at an old circus and discover a ring eager to feel the magic of the circus again. In a hurry and without knowing how to do anything in particular, they decide to start the show and become artists. The artists of Circo Alas intend to put on the best performance of your life! A story where no dreamer is small and no dream is too big.
Finally, it is worth remembering that the girls and boys of the paediatric ward of the Torrevieja Hospital will be able to watch the shows streamed thanks to the effort and support of Televisión Torrevieja (TVT), Torrevieja University Hospital, Department of Health and the Municipal Institute of Culture “Joaquín Chapaprieta Torregrosa”.
