Montgo Golf Society played a medal competition today at Oliva Nova Golf Course. Sponsored by the society.
We had a low turnout of members today mainly due to the very high temperatures and a medal competition putting off some members.
Today’s winner was Peter Gardiner with a fine net 69, in 2nd place was Helmut Pertier with a net 70 and taking 3rd spot was Alan Lowans with a net 72. We had two nearest the pin prizes on offer today on the 3rd & 16th with Peter Gardiner & Helmut taking home the spoils.
We again had no two’s today so our stock of Montgo coveted golf balls remains intact. Next Friday’s competition is a Bogey Competition sponsored by the society.
