The Youth Centre in Crevillente will host, from Wednesday 23 to Friday 25, different activities aimed at children between 6 and 12 years old such as the search for a pirate treasure, a workshop to make masks, with costumes and dances, to explain the origin of the Carnival, all organised and devised by the students of the Employment Workshop.
The Councillor for Youth, Ana Vanessa Mas, emphasised “the involvement of the students of the Employment Workshop in thinking about all these activities” and that the Carnival “once again has face-to-face activities, with all the corresponding security measures, after so many months of the pandemic”.
On Wednesday the 23rd, a mask workshop will be organised for children from 6 to 12 years old, so that, through recycled materials, children can develop their creativity to make carnival masks.
Thursday the 24th is the turn of “El ball de la cort”, an activity that combines stories, puppets, songs and even a choreography of the time to tell the little ones (from 6 to 8 years old) the origin of the Carnival party
The Carnival celebration will close on Friday 25 at the Youth Centre with the activity “Let’s look for the pirate treasure”, in which participants will have to find the treasure through different tracks and with the use of costumes.
In addition to these activities, all in the afternoon from 17:00 to 18:00, the reception of the Youth Centre will have a photocall to take pictures with different elements of the Carnival.
