Santa Pola council has demanded urgency from the Generalitat Valenciana in the processing of the tender for the construction of the second school in Gran Alacant, which has been planned in the Monte Faro urbanization and whose construction tasks are estimated in principle to have a duration of approximately 18 months.
The councillors of education and of Gran Alacant, Trinidad Ortiz and Oscar Valenzuela, respectively, have maintained contacts this week with the department technicians on which the tender for the work depends, from where they have been confirmed that in less than a month there will be a date for the public tender of the work since the calculation of the costs of the new school is being finalised, as a preliminary step to the tender.
