A summit of Mayors, Mayoresses and heads of municipalities of Vega Baja in Rojales has taken place to explain the new procedures available from the General Directorate of Urban Planning to streamline, modernize and provide transparency.
The usefulness of the GUÍA-T, the use of the ECUVs and the OCA and how to undertake the procedures efficiently were explained.
“Thanks to Antonia Moreno, Delegate of the Consell in Alicante, and Toño Alonso, Commissioner of the Plan Vega RENHACE, and to the mayor of Rojales, Antonio Pérez, for his kind disposition in welcoming us all,” said a spokesperson.
Los Montesinos mayor Jose Manuel Butron added: “At the work meeting in Rojales the General Director of Town Planning of the Generalitat Valenciana, Vicente García Nebot, explained to us the town planning methods for streamlining the economy and minimizing the impact of housing on undeveloped land.”
