The Departments of the Environment and Tourism in Crevillente have announced the renewal of all the signage corresponding to a number of rural trails throughout the Sierra de Crevillent, with the aim of “making orientation easier for all those people who wish to visit and learn about our wonderful mountains.”
In total, with an investment of 21,804 euro, more than 50 signs and information elements have been placed and renovated with the itineraries of the routes with additional information of interest on the areas through which they pass, allowing the visitor to discover first-hand the enclave in which it is located.
It was a highly demanded action by environmental entities due to the poor condition of the previous ones caused by the passage of time. Therefore, the councillor for the environment, Estefanía Salinas, has described this action as “very positive for our natural environment and for all athletes and tourists who want to enjoy our mountains in full conditions.”
