The Consell has finally approved the opening a new nursery school in San Miguel de Salinas nine years after it was first built. The building has been closed since it was erected in 2009 at a cost of more than 220,000 euros.
The new school ‘Maestro Enrique’ is located in a building owned by the town Council. It will have three classes with a capacity for 40 school places. It is planned to open in November with a head teacher and four further teachers, as well as a janitor and a centre Director. The nursery also has a dining room.
