It’s beginning to sound a lot like Christmas in San Miguel as JB Brass Band have begun to rehearse for their annual Christmas Concert.
Following on from an extremely successful and momentous Autumn season, having the band go ‘on tour’ to El Verga, 2 sell out Proms Concerts and the band playing host to the UK Championship Lydbrooke Band as well as performing a roof raising Massed Bands performance of the 1812 Overture, again to a sell out audience in Rojales.
The Band plan to get the Festive Season off to a great start with its usual mix of entertainment, classic Christmas favourites and usual Comedy from their cornet player and Compare Extraordinaire, Ian Gibson.
So successful was last years concert that it has been duplicated. Friday 16th December in Rojales Theatre and for those at the other end of the Costa, Saturday 17th at Musica Union in San Miguel.
