On Thursday 29th Sept. HELP Murcia Mar staged it´s summer fashion show at the Las Claras centre Los Narejos.
Introduced by HELP member Tricia Brister the models Dianna, Ann, Leonie, Christine, Sue, Jean, Gill, Margaret, Sandy and Bella paraded in a variety of outfits from chic casual day wear to formal evening wear in front of an audience of 90 HELP members, friends and the general public. All the items on show had been donated and HELP would like to thank Solo Boutique of
Los Balones and the members of the public who gave so generously such an array of top class women’s clothes. During the show background music was supplied by Ron and when the models had finished promenading all the items shown were then put on sale. Thanks to the generosity of those attending the show raised a total of € 780 which will enable HELP to help the poor and needy in the Murcia region. This popular show was a real team effort and we would like to thank all the volunteers who gave of their time and put such effort into making the afternoon a success.
It is hoped to do it all again in the spring with a new collection.
